What are digital tools bootcamps?
Digital tools bootcamps are focused, hands-on training sessions designed to upskill your team on the technology they use at work. Unlike generic courses, we build each session around your business: your software, your workflows and your people's skill level. Sessions cover everyday tools like Microsoft 365, cloud storage, collaboration platforms, reporting tools and newer capabilities like AI assistants. The goal is practical confidence, not certificates.
What we cover
Microsoft 365 essentials
Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive: the features your team actually needs, taught in a way that sticks.
Cloud tools & collaboration
How to use cloud storage, shared workspaces and collaboration platforms properly, and put an end to the email-attachment chaos.
AI tools for business
A practical introduction to AI assistants like Copilot: what they can do, what they can't and how to use them safely.
Reporting & dashboards
Getting useful information out of your data without needing to be a spreadsheet wizard, using Excel, Power BI and beyond.
Security awareness
Spotting phishing, handling passwords, understanding MFA: the human side of keeping your business safe.
Custom sessions
Training built around the specific tools and workflows your business uses, at the level your team needs.
Who it's for
- Teams that have been given new tools but never properly shown how to use them.
- Businesses where staff skill levels vary and everyone needs to get on the same page.
- Organisations that want their team confident with AI tools before they're left behind.
- Any Adelaide business that's paying for software features nobody touches.
How it works
- Understand your needs. We find out what tools you use, what skill levels look like and where the biggest gaps are.
- Build the session. We design a bootcamp around your actual software and workflows, not generic courseware.
- Deliver the training. A hands-on session, on-site in Adelaide or via video, where your team learns by doing instead of watching slides.
- Follow-up resources. Quick-reference guides and cheat sheets your team can pin to their desk or bookmark.
- Check in. We follow up to see what's stuck, answer lingering questions and offer top-up sessions if needed.
Why WaTo for digital bootcamps
- Built around your business, not a generic course pulled off a shelf.
- We know the tools inside out because we set them up and support them every day.
- Practical and jargon-free, so your team walks out confident rather than confused.
- Adelaide owned since 2001. We train on-site or online, whatever suits.
- One team for training, setup and support, so if a question comes up later, we're already across it.
Digital bootcamp questions
How long is a bootcamp session?
Typically two to four hours, depending on the topic and depth. We'd rather do a focused session that sticks than a full-day marathon where everyone zones out after lunch.
Can you train different skill levels in one session?
Yes, to a point. We often split sessions into a basics group and an advanced group so nobody's bored or lost. We'll advise on the best approach for your team.
Do you come to our office?
Yes, on-site in Adelaide is our preference. We also run sessions via video for remote teams or interstate offices.
What about AI? Is it too early to train on that?
Not at all. Tools like Microsoft Copilot are already in the workplace. A practical session on what AI can and can't do helps your team use it safely and productively.
