Supplier partnerships and installation — Adelaide, national coverage

WaTo works directly with leading currency equipment manufacturers to supply, install and commission coin machines, note counters and scales for Australian businesses. You deal with one team from purchase through to operation — we handle the sourcing, freight, site preparation, installation and configuration. No middlemen, no coordination headaches. Adelaide-based, installing nationally since 2001.

What do supplier partnerships and installation involve?

We hold relationships with the manufacturers behind the coin machines, note counters and scales used in Australian cash rooms. That means we can source equipment at competitive prices, get priority access to new models and technical support, and install everything properly. Installation isn't just dropping a machine on a desk — it's site assessment, power and data requirements, configuration for Australian currency, integration with your workflow and hands-on training for your team.

What we do

Manufacturer partnerships

Direct relationships with leading currency equipment manufacturers — we source at competitive prices with full warranty backing.

Equipment selection

We help you choose the right machine for your volumes, space and workflow — not the most expensive option, the right one.

Site assessment

We check your site before installation — power supply, bench space, ventilation, data connectivity and staff access.

Professional installation

Machines installed, levelled, connected, configured for Australian currency and tested with live coin or notes on-site.

Integration setup

Equipment configured to work with your existing cash management, POS or reconciliation systems where supported.

Warranty and support

Full manufacturer warranty administered through us — one phone call for warranty claims, technical questions and follow-up support.

Who it's for

  • Banks and credit unions rolling out new currency equipment across branch networks.
  • RSLs, clubs and casinos upgrading or expanding their cash-handling capacity.
  • Retail groups standardising currency equipment across multiple stores.
  • Cash-in-transit and processing companies commissioning new or replacement machines.

How it works

  1. We consult on your requirements. Volumes, workflow, site conditions, budget — we gather what we need to make a proper recommendation.
  2. We source the equipment. Direct from the manufacturer with full warranty, at pricing that reflects our partnership terms.
  3. We assess your site. A technician visits to confirm power, data, space and any preparation needed before installation day.
  4. We install and commission. Equipment delivered, installed, configured for Australian currency, integrated with your systems and tested on-site.
  5. We hand over and train. Your team gets hands-on training and a clear point of contact for any questions, warranty claims or follow-up support.

Why WaTo for supply and installation

  • Direct manufacturer partnerships mean competitive pricing and priority access to stock and technical support.
  • One provider from selection through installation to ongoing maintenance — no gaps between vendors.
  • We install properly — site assessed, machine configured, system integrated and team trained before we leave.
  • Adelaide-based with national installation capability including regional and remote sites.
  • Over two decades of installing currency equipment means we anticipate problems before they become yours.

Supply and installation questions

Which manufacturers do you work with?

We partner with several leading manufacturers of coin machines, note counters and currency scales used in the Australian market. Rather than listing brands here, tell us what you need and we'll recommend the best fit from our range.

Can you install equipment across multiple sites?

Yes. We regularly handle multi-site rollouts for banks, retail groups and club networks — coordinating freight, scheduling and installation so every site goes live smoothly.

How long does installation take?

A single machine typically takes half a day including setup, configuration, testing and training. Multi-machine or complex installations may take longer. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start.

Do you handle warranty claims?

Yes. Equipment we supply comes with full manufacturer warranty administered through us. If something goes wrong under warranty, you call us — we handle the claim and get the issue resolved.

Ready to get the right equipment, properly installed?

Tell us what you need and we'll handle the rest — sourcing, site prep, installation and training, all through one team.

No two businesses are the same — so nothing we do is off-the-shelf. Every solution is built around yours, and kept simple.

Our story

Built in Adelaide, since 2001

WaTo Consulting was founded by John Watson in Adelaide in 2001. Over two decades it's earned a name for tailored work across a wide range of industries — helping businesses of every size run more smoothly, work more efficiently and grow steadily, without blowing the budget or disrupting the day-to-day.

Emma Watson (née Dickenson) played a significant part in shaping what WaTo became. She brought real expertise and a clear vision for where it could go — expanding the business, bringing in new systems and fresh thinking, and raising the standard of how things are done. A great deal of what WaTo is, we owe to her.

Today it's all tailored, never off-the-shelf — IT & Digital, Business & Web Hosting, built around what each client actually needs. Over the years those areas have come together under one roof: our IT & Digital, Currency, Business and Web work (through Whosts.au) now all sit within WaTo Consulting — one team, one standard, looking after the lot.

When you work with us, you're not a client — you're a partner.
