- We build and pre-configure hardware. Routers, firewalls and switches configured at our workshop with VPN tunnels, security policies and monitoring already in place, ready for on-site install.
- We install at each site. Hardware deployed at every location, cabled, connected and tested, including end-to-end connectivity checks between all sites before handover.
- We monitor and manage ongoing. Centralised monitoring across all sites with proactive alerts, plus remote troubleshooting and on-site support when needed.

Multi-site network questions
Do we need special internet connections at each site?
Not usually. Site-to-site VPNs work over standard business internet: NBN, fibre, 4G/5G. We'll check each site's connection speed and reliability and recommend upgrades only if the current service won't handle the traffic.
What's the difference between a VPN and SD-WAN?
A site-to-site VPN creates an encrypted tunnel between two routers, which is simple and cost-effective for a few sites. SD-WAN adds intelligent routing, automatic failover and centralised management, so it's better suited to businesses with many sites or critical cloud applications.
Can remote staff connect to the network too?
Yes. We can configure client VPN access so remote workers connect securely from home or on the road, accessing the same files and systems as if they were in the office.
How long does a multi-site network project take?
A two-site VPN can be designed and deployed within a week or two. Larger rollouts with five or more sites typically take four to eight weeks depending on site access and internet provisioning lead times.
