Do I really need a firewall if I've already got antivirus?

Yes. They do different jobs. Antivirus catches threats on individual machines. A firewall controls what traffic gets in and out of your whole network. You need both — the Australian Cyber Security Centre recommends a layered approach.

How often should firewall rules be reviewed?

At a minimum, every six months. If your business changes frequently — new staff, new software, new locations — we'd suggest quarterly. We can build reviews into a support plan so they don't get forgotten.

Can you set up remote access for our staff?
