Our constraint: we say no
Big firms take every engagement. We don't. If your problem isn't in our wheelhouse, we say no. If you want a six-month study, we say no. If you want consultants to own execution, we say no. Saying no to mismatched work means we only take engagements where we can genuinely move the needle. It also means your time with us goes on the work that counts, not bureaucratic overhead.
Our focus: execution speed
We design engagements for compressed timelines: 60 to 90 days to strategy, plus the first 30 days of execution. We're not being superficial. We focus hard on the problem that actually matters rather than every possible problem. Your team executes immediately while we're still available to catch edge cases. By the time we leave, you're running it.
Our model: team ownership from day one
You don't hire us to do the work. You hire us to make your team capable of doing it. Week one, we're learning your business. Week four, you're making 80% of decisions. Week eight, you're leading.
